Cost: $215 (Registration is received BY June 18, 2010)

$265 (Registration is received AFTER June 18, 2010)

All registrations must be received by June 30,2010.

Grade Level Camps: (click on a camp name to see more detail)

Elementary (For campers in the 4th or 5th grade by 9/1/10)
Junior High (For campers in the 6th or 7th grade by 9/1/10)

Counselor & Staff Information

Counselor and Staff Training Dates:

Saturday, July 10, 2010 10 am - 12 Noon at Wesley UMC in Beaumont

Sunday, July 11, 2010 2 pm - 4 pm at Woodcrest UMC in Lumberton

Tuesday, July 13, 2010 6:30 - 8:30 pm at Wesley UMC in Nederland

All counselor are required to attend one of the training events.

Counselor & Staff Training:

All adults are rquired to attend Counselor Training and must be Safe Santuary certified. This is accomplished by attending one of the above Counselor and Staff Training dates. In adition to these requirements, the state of Texas requires all adults to take and pass the online SafeCamps Test every two years. When you register the registrar will check to see if you need to take the state test. If you have never taken the test or need to retake the test then the registrar will send you an email informaiton and instructions on taking the test. Please make sure you have provided a valid email address by which we can contact you.
